Potato Chip Chicken Casserole

A delicious and easy to make potato chip chicken casserole


  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 (3.8 ounce) package French fried onions
  • 1 (4.5 ounce) jar sliced black olives, drained


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Place chicken breasts in a large baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the condensed soup and milk. Pour over the chicken breasts.
  • Sprinkle with 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
  • Top with French fried onions and black olives.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until chicken juices run clear.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese.
